Description
Responsible for assisting and providing administrative support in the areas of recruiting and on boarding new hires. In addition, the position is responsible for assisting in other areas such as associate relations, recruiting, company celebrations, and reporting.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Assists in posting ads, organizing resumes and job applicants
- Maintains open jobs report; responsible for posting open jobs
- Prepares new hire paperwork; *E-Verify; I-9 documentation and maintains books are current (*where applicable)
- Completes background, drug screening and reference checks for all new hires
- Prepares and ensures all new hires and existing associates’ personnel files are maintained and secured
- Assists HRM in updating new hire packet process, maintaining new hire packets
- Provides quality service by following organizational standards
- Maintains associate confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Assists in planning and organizing company celebrations to include quarterly, anniversary, and holidays
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
- Maintains communication boards located in both breakroom
- Assists in coordinating open enrollment meetings and providing benefit deduction information to payroll
- Performs audits to ensure that all required associate documentation is collected and maintained
- Assists in recruitment efforts as needed
- Assists with scheduling exit interviews
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Programs and disables all key fobs in security system.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus.
Experience: Minimum of one to three experience as an HRA. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed oriented and highly organized a must.
Computer Skills: Must have computer software skills; Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.
Salary : $21 - $23
