, an independently owned private outpatient practice.

Auburn & Grass Valley, California
are available. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through effective treatment strategies, education, and encouragement.
May consider Part-Time or Per Diem
status if interested. Experienced Physical Therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
AOS Physical Therapy
is a thriving patient-centered practice with a fun and friendly work environment focusing on one-on-one attentive and high-quality patient care. Our team of experienced professionals collaborates to ensure each patient receives personalized treatment tailored to their needs. We believe in fostering a supportive and positive work environment where our staff can thrive. Our patient population consists primarily of orthopedic related injuries and post-surgical cases including hip, knee, shoulder, ankle, etc. We also see work-related injuries, spinal issues, deconditioning, balance problems, and other general rehab conditions. We place a strong emphasis on patient education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, all while providing comfort, encouragement, and progress in a positive and motivating therapy setting.

- Evaluate and assess patient conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and exercises to enhance recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- DPT or MPT degree from accredited program.
- Valid CA state license to practice physical therapy, PTLA status if a new grad.
- Previous experience in outpatient settings preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses (83K-120K/year)
