We’re Hiring: Senior Marketing CoordinatorWhy this role matters
You’ll be the momentum behind our day‑to‑day marketing—crafting proposals and presentations that stand out, keeping our brand assets organized, and fueling long‑term strategy alongside our Marketing Manager and company leaders.
What you’ll do (the fun part)
- Create persuasive proposals & decks from concept to delivery (SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, interview presentations).
- Own the pipeline—track proposals, manage follow‑ups, and keep project lists, resumes, and sheets current.
- Be the brand guardian—design on‑brand graphics for pursuits, social posts, flyers, and spec sheets; protect quality and consistency.
- Keep our systems sharp—maintain the marketing database, CRM, and contact records; curate photography and archives.
- Boost our presence—update the website and social channels; refresh SharePoint with newsletters, project info, and events.
- Rally the team—co‑create the monthly internal newsletter; coordinate materials for pursuits, sponsorships, events, conferences, and trade shows.
What you’ll bring
- A self‑starter mindset, strong work ethic, and excellent communication.
- Design chops: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop—and a sharp eye for detail.
- Tool fluency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint), SharePoint, CRM tools, WordPress/other web platforms, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Background: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent) plus 2 years in the A/E/C industry.
- Bonus: FAA Drone Pilot license (preferred).
