Schedule & Perks

• Part-time position (must be available to work at both Auburn and Tacoma)
• Store hours: 10am–8pm Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm Sunday
• Free drinks during every shift
• Opportunity to grow into full-time or shift lead roles
• Training and support provided for opening/closing shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks
• Handle customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
• Open or close store independently (training provided)
• Follow all SOPs, safety, and cleanliness procedures
• Be proactive—always find something useful to do
• Respect rules, team, and customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in food service, retail, or other fast-paced customer-facing roles (barista preferred)
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Flexible to work at both Auburn and Tacoma locations
• Able to open or close the store independently (training provided)
• Able to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Must be punctual, responsible, and drama-free
• Comfortable working under pressure and high volume without sacrificing quality
• Strong team player mindset – you’re willing to cover when teammates need help
• Must be legal to work in the U.S. and age 18
• Must follow all store rules, SOPs, and uphold brand standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English with team and customers
• No chronic lateness, early clock-outs, or unexcused absences
• Must be coachable – open to feedback and willing to improve
