Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
- Uphold sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and inquiries
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and laundry machines effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Experience with janitorial or commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Basic understanding of housekeeping management practices is a plus
