This role works closely with the Director of Product and cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Operations, and Finance.

Pricing Execution
- Use Margin Master and other pricing tools to evaluate and execute pricing decisions across all retail locations.
- Monitor and maintain target margin goals by responding to cost changes, competitive shifts, and performance data.
- Ensure timely, accurate execution of price updates, markdowns, and promotional pricing per company policy.
- Partner with the Director of Product and regional leadership to develop market- and store-specific pricing strategies.
- Conduct competitive price analysis to benchmark against key competitors and identify strategic opportunities.
- Analyze the financial impact of price changes on margin and profitability; deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain pricing performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Stay current on industry pricing trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Finance to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Serve as a go-to resource for store leaders and regional managers on pricing questions and execution standards.
- Maintain data integrity across all pricing systems in compliance with audit standards and established procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase pricing efficiency and responsiveness.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail pricing, merchandising, analytics, or category management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and macros.
- Experience with pricing and margin management tools; Margin Master experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and price execution.
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator across store, regional, and support center teams.
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
