Delivery Drivers are the key to our success, delivering excellent customer service and developing long standing relationships with our customers.
Major Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring timely delivery of customer orders
- Acquiring customer signatures for all deliveries
- Maintaining accurate delivery records & receipts
- Answering customer questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Conducting route planning to find and reach customer sites in a timely manner
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to drive vehicles with standard (manual) and automatic transmission
- Have a good understanding of the metropolitan area and able to navigate from map(s) and directions
- Good written and verbal skills
- Enjoy working with people in a fast paced and exciting environment
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, some weekends and holidays
- Physically able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with no DWI convictions, revocation, or suspensions within the past 4 years
- No more than 1 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position
