Essential Responsibilities
- Promote the Mission and Values of Auberle as well as the program's philosophy, principles, and procedures in the provision of all responsibilities.
- Utilize employment and economic data and cultivate relationships with employers to increase network of employment pipelines and create training opportunities for program participants and expand programming geographically and/or across industries.
- Research and implement national best practices in workforce development.
- Market our programs, internally and externally, to ensure that they are fully utilized by all eligible participants.
- Assist in the development and writing of requests for proposals.
- Assist in standardizing and formalizing Employment Institute model for replication across markets.
- Take high degree of initiative and independent judgement, while remaining within accordance of established policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Motivate Employment Institute team members to create and execute innovative solutions that help participants obtain and maintain career track employment.
- Promote the Continuous Quality Improvement philosophy at Auberle and maintain all Quality Improvement goals and objectives.
- May work with a small caseload of participants to help them in achieving their career goals.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and respect for the diversity of consumers, volunteers, staff, and other stakeholders throughout the provision of services.
- Perform other duties as the leadership may direct.
- Requires working flexible hours, including occasional evening and weekends
- Requires travel for programming activities, conferences, and meetings as needed
- Contact with staff and non-staff (e.g., participants, referents, business partners, and staff from other community agencies)
- Work is performed in an office space with occasional work performed at training or employer site
- Proven track record of creating and executing goals
- Experience with program design
- Experience strategically growing programs or projects and establishing relationships with private sector businesses
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
- Ability to communicate a passion for Auberle's mission of building strong individuals families and communities
- Proven ability to research and benchmark practices and to collect, analyze and employ data to guide decisions
- Experience with managing budgets
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
- ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- Pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random drug screens
- Valid PA driver's license
