Program Description: The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. Position Title and Overview: Child & Youth Development Specialist - Supervisor Location and Travel Requirements:This position is primarily located inMt. Oliver. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position isregular. Position Requirements:· Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.· Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.· Provide supervision and guidance to child and youth development staff to ensure a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment.· Oversee planning and implementation of daily activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs.· Ensure consistent routines, supervision standards, and child safety practices are followed at all times.· Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and program leadership to support healthy family functioning and child well-being.· Maintain documentation, communication, and program standards related to child and youth services.
