**Key Responsibilities:**
- - **Identify Needs:** Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to determine ingredient and supply requirements based on menu plans and customer demand.
- - **Supplier Sourcing:** Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers, prioritizing those who offer high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective products.
- - **Negotiation:** Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- - **Order Management:** Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. Address any issues with orders promptly and effectively.
- - **Quality Control:** Inspect incoming products to ensure they meet our quality standards. Work with suppliers to resolve any quality concerns.
