Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Summary
Serve food and/or beverages to guests on the Francis I'i Brown golf courses at Mauna Lani. Maintain knowledge of state liquor regulations, anticipate guest needs, and ensure exceptional service. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
• Understand and anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Handle guest complaints following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine and experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be of minimum 18 years of age.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a TB Clearance.
