The targeted compensation rate for this full time year round, non exempt position and is $20 per hour. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.
Job Description
Dive into the heart of culinary magic as a Dishwasher, where you'll be the unsung hero, ensuring a spotless and well-organized kitchen canvas for culinary creations to flourish. Embrace the rhythm of kitchen chaos and be the guardian of cleanliness, contributing to the symphony of flavors that defines a memorable dining experience.
- Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience as a Dishwasher
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
