This is a part-time, on-site position based in Spring, TX, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, your daily responsibilities will include implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions, collecting and recording data on client progress, and supporting behavior analysis plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to improve their communication, social, and behavioral skills in both one-on-one and group settings. Collaboration with parents and educators to ensure consistency in interventions will also be a key part of this role.
- Knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention and basic understanding of Psychology
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and team members effectively
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to document progress accurately and follow detailed instructions
- RBT certification or willingness to pursue certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required), associate's degree or higher in a related field (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to travel to the site in Spring, TX
- Experience working with children with ASD is a plus
