Are you a hospitality pro with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Microtel-Opelika, AL is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure smooth, welcoming operations every day.
Your Role:
As Front Office Manager, you’ll supervise all front office personnel and oversee operations in reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. You’ll ensure brand standards are met, prepare monthly reports and budgets, and maintain a team focused on excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Deliver personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate

Manage staff schedules while maintaining efficiency, service, and budget

Oversee reservations, check-ins, and occupancy rates
-
Conduct monthly staff meetings and complete brand-specific training

Maintain credit control, guest security, and hotel assets
-
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) and other front desk duties as needed

Achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores

Handle inventory, special projects, and other assigned duties
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED; hospitality experience preferred

At least 2 years in the hospitality industry with a customer service background

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress, and stand for long periods

Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and perform other routine tasks
