Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound cold calls, cold emails and relationship-building activities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and support successful client delivery
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or similar role within IT services environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals
- Highly self-driven with a hunger for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails)
- Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
- Eagerness to learn about our products, clients’ businesses, and the BFSI industry
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
