ATX Float is a growing outdoor lifestyle brand based in the Austin area. If you’ve floated the rivers in San Marcos or New Braunfels, you’ve seen our products. We design and supply commercial‑grade river tubes, dry bags, floating phone pouches, tumblers, waterproof gear, and ice cream to river outfitters, marinas, waterparks, and retail shops across Central Texas.

About the Role
This is a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) role combining route sales, retail merchandising, and product delivery across Central Texas. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re stocked, supported, and ready for the season. This hybrid role includes sales, merchandising, delivery, and light warehouse work, all supported by a company vehicle.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Interaction
- Meet with owners/managers on a weekly route
- Introduce new items and facilitate new sales opportunities
- Review inventory levels and write new orders
- Build strong relationships with river outfitters and retail partners
Delivery (Company Vehicle Provided)
- Load product each morning
- Run delivery routes across Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, the Frio River area, and surrounding Central Texas
- Represent the brand professionally at every stop
Retail Merchandising
- Set up and maintain clean, organized, retail‑ready product displays
- Restock, rotate, and straighten merchandise
- Capture photos of displays and inventory for internal reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sell‑through
- Take social media photos of products in use while near the water
Warehouse Support
- Assist with receiving, organizing, packing/palletizing, and loading
- Support inventory tracking and counting
What You Bring
- Sales experience preferred (2 years)
- Ability to lift boxes and work in a warehouse/delivery environment
- Clean driving record
- Strong people skills and comfort in a customer‑facing role
- Must live in Central Texas (warehouse located in Kyle)
- High school diploma or equivalent
We like to have fun, but this is a professional role with daily customer interaction.
Compensation & Schedule
- Base pay: $15/hr. commission
- Average earnings: $25–$35/hr. with potential to earn more
- Paid time off
- Tuesday – Saturday during peak summer season
- Seasonal summer role with potential to transition into a year‑round position
