ATX Event Studios is the creative division of ATX Event Systems, one of Texas’ most recognizable live event production companies.

For over 15 years, we’ve helped produce conferences, corporate events, concerts, nonprofit galas, product launches, and brand experiences.

Along the way, we’ve seen that some of the most meaningful stories happen in the preparation, pressure, creativity, collaboration, and human effort that bring live experiences to life. 

Now we’re taking the next step. Our mission is to tell those stories behind the scenes through original documentary programming, branded content, and innovative storytelling while thoughtfully exploring the partnerships, platforms, and business models that can help those stories reach the right audiences. 

We’re looking for an Executive Producer & Director of Content Partnerships to help lead that journey.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is an opportunity to help shape something early, meaningful, and ambitious into a more developed creative and business initiative.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help shape both the creative vision and business strategy for our original productions and related content partnerships.

You’ll lead efforts to:

• Develop and oversee original documentary programming and branded content.
• Build relationships with distribution partners, platforms, and strategic collaborators. 
• Package and pitch original programming for national distribution.
• Develop sponsorship, licensing, and branded integration opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with tourism organizations, event producers, technology companies, hospitality brands, and corporate partners.
• Create long-term content strategies that expand our audience and generate new revenue.
• Lead creative planning for flagship productions.
• Manage freelance creative professionals and outside production partners.
• Work alongside our internal production team to bring stories to life.
• Help develop production budgets, timelines, pitch materials, partnership models, and practical plans for moving original content from concept to execution. 

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12–24 months, you’ll help:

• Launch and grow our flagship documentary series.
• Secure sponsorship and partnership revenue.
• Present our programming to the right mix of sponsors, distribution partners, platforms, and creative collaborators.
• Develop sustainable partnership and revenue streams around original content.

• Understands how compelling content can create value. 
• Is energized by creating something that doesn’t exist yet.

Experience in documentary production, television, streaming, branded content, agency leadership, entertainment, sports media, or digital media is highly valued.
