Responsibilities

• Provide constructive feedback to test-takers, clearly explaining test procedures and results.
• Maintain accurate records of each exam, including test scores and observations, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
• Manage the testing environment efficiently by scheduling appointments, verifying applicant identities, and ensuring all testing materials are prepared.
• Communicate effectively with applicants, answering questions professionally while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
