Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire | Spring Park, MN 55384
Pay: $30–$45/hour (DOE – flexible based on experience)
Schedule:
- Training: 1st Shift (approx. 1 month)
- 2nd Shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers strong autonomy and is ideal for someone who can handle a wide range of mechanical and electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Minimize downtime and support production efficiency
- Work independently while collaborating with leadership
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Electrical experience preferred (not required)
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background
- Boiler's License (highly preferred)
