We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record daily transactions, journal entries, and adjustments using full accrual accounting principles
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Oversee inventory management and purchasing activities
- Conduct vendor cost comparisons as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing or wholesale environment
- Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Strong understanding of full accrual accounting principles
- Knowledge of inventory cycles and cost tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
