What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Refurbish Technician position at AtWork Personnel Services?

Monday-Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm
Warehouse environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware swaps for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Complete routine software updates, installations, and basic configurations
- Conduct data wiping using provided tools and procedures
- Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary
- Document work performed and track equipment changes
- Assist with organizing equipment and maintaining inventory
- Provide professional and courteous support to staff
- Follow all IT procedures, security guidelines, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using computers and learning hands-on technical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
