Assistant Property Manager (Assistant Leasing Manager)
Location: Woodland, CA
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager (Assistant Leasing Manager) to support daily operations at a 156-unit residential community in Woodland, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, supporting leasing activities, and helping maintain efficient property operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily property management and leasing functions for a 156-unit residential community
- Assist with resident relations, lease administration, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
- Process applications and maintain organized resident files and documentation
- Enter and manage property information, records, and reporting systems
- Support rent collection, notices, and general office administration
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure excellent resident experience
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and housing program requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, assistant property management, or a related housing role preferred
- Experience using Yardi preferred
- Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
