We are seeking an Application Systems Analyst to focus on handling escalated issues related to application analysis and troubleshooting. As the point of escalation for complex application issues, you will ensure system reliability, support critical business operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions Responsibilities:Perform escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation in support of participating insurers and various business partners for multiple supported applications.Ensure that company meets all expected service level agreements and expected turnaround times.Execute complex SQL scripts, analyze SQL statements, and perform data analysis.Support data submissions and take corrective action, if necessary, by investigating, developing resolution plan, and communicating to all stakeholders.Performs testing of tickets and deployment packages in various environments. Work with third party vendor to ensure defects are addressed in a timely manner.Assist Application Support with inquiries, training, error resolution, and submission issues. Provide escalation support and monitoring and resolution monitoring and assistance.Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization. Prepare and perform training sessions and workshops on system processes.Perform system analysis for all onboarding during discovery, implementation, project close, and transition to Support team.Back up support for Application Support team members as needed.Must be able to communicate technical concepts and terms to non-technical team members and customers. Qualifications:BS or AA degree in technical fields (CS, IT, Engineering)Minimum 5 years Application System AnalystStrong understanding of application, data, and infrastructure program layers including automation.Strong analytical acumen to identify, triage, and recommend troubleshooting with software applications.Ability to develop, test, and execute SQL scripts required to extract data for analysis and testing.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsCompany DescriptionFor over 30 years, clients and candidates have entrusted AtWork to provide workforce solutions nationwide.
