What You’ll Do:
As a Hotel Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing repairs, and responding to maintenance needs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
This role requires someone who is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing repairs
- Assist with electrical repairs and maintenance
- Identify and repair leaks, including bathroom and plumbing issues
- Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete pool checks and report any maintenance concerns
- Repair and maintain fixtures, equipment, and common areas
- Assist with room maintenance and guest-related repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate issues and repairs with management
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance, handyman, hotel, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortable working with tools and performing hands-on repairs
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
