Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will work both independently and alongside plant personnel to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete repairs and scheduled projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) using established checklists
- Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools
- Complete repairs, adjustments, and component replacements
- Maintain accurate records of labor, parts, and maintenance activities
- Ensure all safety guards and equipment are properly restored after repairs
Qualifications
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Understanding of electrical controls
- Experience with pumps, blowers, bearings, and hydraulics
- Strong background in preventative maintenance and equipment repair
- Hands-on experience with plant maintenance and installations
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
