What You Will Do- Assemble components into finished products in line with specifications and quality expectations.
- Use assembly tools and equipment safely and correctly throughout your shift.
- Examine completed items for defects and verify they meet quality standards before release.
- Partner with team members to hit production targets and deadlines.
- Keep your station clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Alert supervisors to equipment issues or potential safety hazards right away.
- Join training and development opportunities to grow your skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Comfort reading and interpreting assembly instructions and diagrams.
