Position Summary:Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all systems operate safely and efficiently to support continuous production.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production and packaging machinery.Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and accurately document work performed.Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement for equipment reliability.Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Adhere to all company safety, GMP, and food safety standards.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a food production or processing facility (5 years preferred).Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with conveyors, mixers, packaging machines, motors, gearboxes, and pumps.Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and basic control systems preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Must pass a clear background check.
