Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee End-to-End Accounting Operations: Manage all accounting functions within the shared services environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Optimize and Enhance Processes: Lead initiatives to implement, refine, and enhance best practices for operational efficiency and consistency across all accounting processes.
- Leadership and Team Development: Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of accounting professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate comprehensive financial reports, statements, and performance metrics that align with corporate objectives.
- Ensure Regulatory and Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies, implementing checks and balances to safeguard financial accuracy.
