What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Store Loadout position at Atwood Distributing LP?
Description
An Atwoods retail store loadout (material mover) is responsiblity for accurately and properly loading merchandise into customer vehicles, unloading trucks and moving merchandise while insuring that store policies and standards are achieved. Quality customer care must be met on a consistent basis. This is a safety sensitive position, safety toe footwear is required.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy merchandise-up to 50 lbs or more
- Be a leader in safety
- Accurately read and load merchandise
- Math skills to count merchandise
- Develop product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ability to work outside in variable weather
- Extensive standing and walking
- Must be at work on time
- Cooperative and willing to work as a team
- Be sure general layout of dept. is correct – fixtures, flow, merchandising
