The Spring House Hotel located on Block Island, Rhode Island is hiring H2B Extension Visas for the Summer 2026 season, starting at $25 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members during shifts.
Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.
Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching staff as directed by management.
Monitor compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards.
Oversee shift operations including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
Communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests.
Address and resolve minor guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
Provide exceptional service and support to staff as needed.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
All other assigned duties.
