Our Providence Oyster Bar is looking for a Host!
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome customers upon arrival and thank customers at departure.
Manage restaurant reservations through online bookings and phone calls to include confirming bookings and noting any special requests and celebrations.
Answer the phone, follow up on customer inquiries as well as checking and following up on voicemails.
Seat customers based upon party size, restaurant layout, and server sections.
Have an understanding on the restaurant food and beverage offerings.
- Keep the host station and restaurant entrance clean, organized, and stocked.
Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive and memorable experience for customers.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
All other assigned duties.
