What You'll Do
- Manage project setup, billing, and budget tracking in Deltek Vision/VantagePoint or similar ERP system
- Support Project Managers with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to ensure project success
- Communicate directly with clients regarding invoicing, billing questions, and other financial matters
- Oversee revenue recognition, collections, and compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Apply independent judgment to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and make sound financial decisions
- Train and support project teams on financial best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two (2) years or more of experience functioning in a similar capacity.
- Must have experience with Deltek Vision/Vantage Point or similar Accounting ERP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound
financial decisions.

Pay Range
$70,000 - $85,000 USD
