Dual Director of Sales – Atwell Suites and Spark Panama City Beach

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead revenue generation for 2 hotels. This role is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue across all segments, including corporate, airline, group, and transient business. The Director of Sales will actively prospect new accounts, grow existing relationships, and execute sales strategies aligned with brand and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and revenue efforts for the hotel across multiple market segments
- Drive new business through proactive sales calls, airport-area prospecting, and property tours
- Grow and manage corporate, airline, group, and OTA accounts
- Negotiate contracts and manage RFPs from local bureaus and lead channels
- Analyze STR, weekly, and monthly performance reports to guide sales strategy
- Participate in revenue management and sales strategy meetings
- Maintain sales activity, account notes, and documentation in CRO and PMS systems
- Manage OTA relationships (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) and digital marketing initiatives
- Maintain strong visibility in the airport, local business, and hospitality community
- Train and support Front Desk and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities
- Coordinate group blocks, in-house meetings, and key account activity
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate sales initiatives
- Support hotel operations and guest satisfaction as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales leadership experience (Sales Manager)
- IHG/Hilton experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of revenue management and market segmentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
