You’ll tackle a steady mix of small box commercial sites, large scale solar and battery storage projects, and stormwater design efforts. Technical Proficiency
• Apply your practical engineering experience to solve complex challenges with confidence.
• Design potable water and wastewater systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway layouts, and other land development components with accuracy and efficiency.
Project Lifecycle Management
• Take ownership of projects from entitlement through construction.
• Coordinate teams, schedules, and resources to keep projects progressing smoothly and predictably.
Permitting and Entitlements
• Navigate multiple permitting processes across various agencies with confidence.
• Use local knowledge to streamline approvals on both large scale developments and compact commercial infill sites
Relationships and Growth
• Build long term relationships, internally and externally, through clear communication and dependable delivery.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the firm’s steady, sustainable growth.
• Deliver high quality work that reflects your expertise and strengthens our reputation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university
• EIT required, PE preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred
