Pay Type: $45,000-60,000 Commission
Team members can expect to earn $45-60,000 in their first year and over $100,000 just after their second year. Compensation includes salary, bonuses, and uncapped commission!
Role Description
We are seeking a Freight Broker for a full-time hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing client accounts, securing freight carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating dispatching activities, and ensuring on-time delivery. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and carriers while handling all aspects of freight logistics.
Qualifications
- Freight Brokerage and Brokerage experience
- Strong competencies in Customer Service and Account Management
- Skills in Dispatching and coordinating transportation logistics
- Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and time management
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
