About the Role
Atúlo is seeking an experienced Vascular Access RN to support safe, efficient patient care through expert placement of peripheral IVs, midlines, and PICC lines. This role works on‑site within a partner facility in Medford, MA and collaborates closely with clinical teams to ensure timely vascular access support and high‑quality patient experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Perform ultrasound‑guided placement of PICC and midline catheters
- Provide advanced peripheral IV insertion across patient populations
- Assess and prioritize vascular access needs throughout the facility
- Educate clinical staff on vascular access techniques and safety standards
- Document procedures accurately in the facility’s EMR
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support quality and safety initiatives related to vascular access
What You Bring
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Vascular Access Board Certification (VA‑BC)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
