What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Chiropractor position at Attuned Vitality?
At Attuned Vitality, we strive to treat each person with the treatments that will help them the most regardless of which insurance they have . We are not an adjust and e-stim clinic. We do a lot of manual therapy, so it is important that the applicant has some experience with this type of therapy. I am also willing to train the right candidate in different manual therapy techniques.
The position is part time to start with the option to lead into full time. I am looking for someone to work the afternoons and evenings. Fridays hours would be up to the doctor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, including taking medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
- Diagnose health problems and conditions related to the musculoskeletal system.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing chiropractic techniques and therapies.
- Provide patient care, including adjustments, manipulations, and other chiropractic treatments.
- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises to improve their overall health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
- Valid state license to practice as a chiropractor.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health.
- Proficient in performing physical examinations..
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to provide primary care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Knowledge of medical management principles related to chiropractic care.
