🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM; weekends, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Behavioral Health team!
The ideal candidate will support providers in delivering quality mental health care. Experience with Spravato® treatments and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Assist behavioral health providers with patient care and clinical support.
- Obtain vital signs, collect medical histories, and document patient information.
- Assist with Spravato® treatment visits, including patient preparation, monitoring, and documentation according to established protocols and training.
- Support TMS treatment workflows, including patient preparation, treatment coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and communication between patients and providers.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and clinical safety standards.
- Provide compassionate, professional support to patients receiving behavioral health services.
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or applicable recognized medical assistant credential.
- Previous medical assistant experience preferred.
- Spravato® treatment experience strongly preferred.
- TMS experience strongly preferred.
- Behavioral health or psychiatric office experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment.
- Availability to work the listed weekday and weekend schedule.
