What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Mental Health Therapist position at Attuned Mind Counseling Services?
Due to high referral demand, Attuned Mind Counseling Services (AMCS) is expanding and seeking multiple full-time mental health therapists to join our team at our Indianapolis location. We are a woman- and LGBTQ -owned private group practice specializing in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ affirming care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy
- Maintain a full-time caseload with a steady productivity expectation of at least 18–21 completed service hours per week
- Develop and implement collaborative treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session
- Maintain compliance with all Indiana licensure requirements
- Maintain professional communication and therapeutic rapport with clients and families
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana license from the IPLA Behavioral Health Board: LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LCSW, LSW, LCAC, LCACA
- Clinical Specialization: Strong background, dedicated experience, or a strong clinical passion for trauma treatment and working competently with the queer/LGBTQ population.
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist, counselor, or psychotherapist
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per completed hour (Determined by licensure status)
