What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate/Real Estate Associate position at Attorneys?
Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level corporate/real estate associate in the Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SC office. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state bar association. The Corporate Real Estate Associate will support complex commercial transactions, joint ventures, and financing engagements across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. The role involves drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and JV agreements as well as spearheading transaction due diligence. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in sophisticated deal work and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills are essential. Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable state.
