Role Description
The Title Examiner and Agent Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Englewood, CO. The individual will be responsible for performing title searches, examining title opinions, preparing and reviewing deeds, and analyzing the chain of title to verify property ownership. The role also involves supporting agents with title-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to the smooth execution of escrow and real estate transactions.

Essential Job Functions
· Communicate with title agents for support and assistance regarding title problems, technology training and risk identification
· Administration of agent accounts in the company’s proprietary software system
· Perform manual reviews of title commitments and policies in the company’s proprietary software system
· Perform title searches, prepare commitments, and issue policies through the company’s proprietary software system
· Develop proficiency and ability to train and support agents on use of the company’s proprietary software system
· Monitor various vender and ATGF email boxes
· Respond to standard underwriting questions from title agents
· Claims administration supporting including setup and acknowledgements
· Participate in internal development teams as assigned
· Agent policy modifications and endorsements including issuing agent policies
· Do courtesy electronic recordings
Other Duties
• Perform miscellaneous duties and other projects as required and assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Duties are performed in an office environment with sitting for long periods of time, utilizing standard office equipment and personal computer.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Understand the fundamentals of the title insurance industry, including search and examination of documentation for title production
• Knowledge of title production
• Ability to research and analyze issues and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form, both in person and by phone

• Ability to deal effectively with employees, management, and agents on a one-to-one and group basis

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• 2 years of related experience working in the title industry
• Licensed Colorado Producer or willingness to obtain a title license
• Expert Search / Examiner
• Microsoft applications; title software; application development
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; mentoring; leadership and team orientation
• Understanding of the closing process
Salary : $35 - $50
