Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Closer position located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Real Estate Closer will oversee and manage the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all contractual agreements, escrow accounts, and title insurance requirements are finalized accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
