Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Attorney General role located in Pierre, SD. The Assistant Attorney General will be responsible for legal research, providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing the state in litigation. Additional responsibilities include appearing in court, advising state agencies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws while driving positive legal and social outcomes.
Qualifications
