Estimated compensation opportunity: $50,000–$250,000 annually

What You May Be DoingDepending on your experience, licensing, and market, you may:
● Review contracts, addenda, and transaction documents
● Identify legal and transactional risks
● Support agents and clients with real estate-related legal matters
● Assist with title, land use, zoning, contracts, and business law
● Support negotiations and transaction problem-solving
● Help train and educate real estate professionals
● Develop attorney-backed systems and client resources
● Build relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, and other industry partners
● Help grow Attorney Backed Agents® into new markets
Who We’re Looking ForOur ideal candidate:
● Is a licensed attorney in good standing
● Holds a real estate license or is willing and able to obtain one
● Ideally has 3 years of real estate, transactional, contract, business law, title, land use, or related experience
● Is professional, responsive, and client-focused
● Can explain complicated legal concepts in practical language
● Has strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
● Is entrepreneurial and interested in helping build something bigger than a traditional attorney role
