- Communicate with clients and potential clients
- Follow team systems for lead follow-up and client communication
- Attend team training and onboarding sessions
- Learn and use the Attorney Backed Agents® value proposition
- Work with buyers and sellers in your local market
- Maintain strong CRM notes and follow-up activity
- Participate in accountability and production conversations
- Educate clients on the team’s unique support structure
- Collaborate with team leadership and support staff
- Represent the team professionally in your market Qualifications
- Must be licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
- Strong interest in building a real estate business
- Coachable, professional, and willing to follow systems
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and video
- Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing technology
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Serious about growth, client service, and accountability
