• Communicate with clients and potential clients
• Follow team systems for lead follow-up and client communication
• Attend team training and onboarding sessions
• Learn and use the Attorney Backed Agents® value proposition
• Work with buyers and sellers in your local market
• Maintain strong CRM notes and follow-up activity
• Participate in accountability and production conversations
• Educate clients on the team’s unique support structure
• Collaborate with team leadership and support staff
• Represent the team professionally in your market Qualifications
• Must be licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
• Strong interest in building a real estate business
• Coachable, professional, and willing to follow systems
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and video
• Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing technology
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Serious about growth, client service, and accountability
