We’re looking for Loan Officers who are driven, relationship-focused, and serious about building a long-term mortgage business.
The ideal candidate:
- Has mortgage origination experience
- Holds or is able to obtain the appropriate MLO licensing
- Understands the importance of Realtor and referral-partner relationships
- Provides an exceptional experience for clients
- Is self-motivated and accountable
- Wants to continue growing personally and professionally
