- Communicate with clients and potential clients
- Learn and use the Attorney Backed Agents® client value proposition
- Attend training and onboarding sessions
- Follow approved scripts, systems, and marketing standards
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners
- Identify transaction issues that may require additional support
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up
- Use CRM and marketing tools consistently
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
- Help clients feel more protected and confident throughout the process Qualifications
- Must be licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
- Strong desire to grow a serious real estate business
- Professional and coachable
- Comfortable being held accountable
- Willingness to follow systems and improve communication skills
- Interested in standing out through real client value
- Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing technology
