Job Summary:

The Base Experience Department is looking for a motivated individual to join our team, and help us maintain the grounds and facilities at the base of the mountain.  This job impacts and strives to make a great first impression on our guests as they arrive to our mountain. 

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing strong internal and external guest service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
• Base area maintenance.
• Cleaning and maintaining all trash/recycling receptacles throughout the base areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining all restrooms throughout the base areas.
• Cleaning and maintaining base area public areas.
• Working well with other departments.
• Problem solving and trouble shooting
• Using cleaning tools such as vacuum backpacks, chemical cleaning supplies, power mops etc.
• Insuring overall cleanliness and appearance of all base areas.
• All other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
