The HR Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for hourly roles at Attindas. Working closely with the HRBP, HR Manager, and Hiring Managers, this individual plans, coordinates, and implements recruiting strategies to acquire top talent, while also maintaining employee records and supporting general HR administrative functions.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for hourly roles at Attindas. Working closely with the HRBP, HR Manager, and Hiring Managers, this individual plans, coordinates, and implements recruiting strategies to acquire top talent, while also maintaining employee records and supporting general HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support (40%)
- Maintain employee data in HRIS system
- Filing and auditing of employee files
- Input schedules into e-time and WFN; manage time corrections
- Process terminations and removal from systems
- Assist HR with employee relations investigations
- Administer, track, and review hourly annual performance evaluations
- Administer STD and FMLA claims processing and employee correspondence
- Assist with wellness, employee recognition, and benefit administration
- Review hourly resumes for consideration
- Complete phone screens for potential hourly candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a consistent process for all candidates
- Process background checks and drug screens
- Schedule and assist with New Hire Orientation administration
- Create NHO binders and employee files for new hires
Required:
- Associate's degree and 1–2 years of previous HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strict confidentiality and professional demeanor
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Day shift availability
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
- Professional HR Certification (PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent)
